Called Norton to check my dryer vent on the roof from my 3rd floor condo. Chris was the tech who came out. He was very friendly & professional, went above and beyond, even going as far as checking the attic vent connection to make sure everything was intact. I would highly recommend Norton & thank you again Chris.
